One of my favorite things about making a large batch of monoprinted papers with my Gelli Arts® printing plate is the sound the paper makes after its all dry. That crinkle-crackle is music to my ears and I just love to fan through the stack of papers over and over! It’s ASMR for makers!

My project is a result of wanting to make a stack of the crackleiest (!) sounding papers I could! Once that was accomplished I just had to make a book out of them so I could flip through the papers to my heart’s content. I chose tracing paper because of the prime crinkle-crackle potential and it didn’t disappoint. The binding I chose is a 4-hole Stab binding. Watch the video below to see my process!

This is one of the coolest projects I’ve seen here! I love how you printed your pages with subtle patterns- very effective on the tracking paper!
