Printing with GelliArts® and Grafix Dura-Lar® by Tania

Hello! Tania here.

I discovered the Grafix line of products over 2 years ago when I was introduced to the company and had the privilege to be able to work for them as well.

The range of synthetic films and substrates are quite diverse and there is something for everyone to try out.

I love the way mediums behave on a synthetic surface as the surface is non -absorbent, so it will not buckle or warp no matter what medium you use on it. Dura-lar Matt is slightly translucent which I love and is also heat-resistant enough that you can heat emboss on it!

I hope that you enjoy the video I made using washi tape to create a multi-layered geometric pattern on Dura-lar Matt. I even made myself some simple masks from Grafix Craft Plastic which are durable and I can reuse in other projects!

  • Gelli Arts® 8×10 plate
  • Gelli Arts® Mini Tools
  • Grafix® Dura-lar Matt
  • Grafix® Clear Craft Plastic
  • Brayer/Roller
  • Acrylic Paint
  • Bubble wrap
  • Eyelash yarn
  • DIY foam stamps
  • Mat with grid lines

If you have any questions or if you liked the video, please do leave a comment,
or tag us if you create a project using this technique!

Have a great day
everyone 🙂

Big Hugs,
