I love using pigment inks on a gel plate and I love the soft effects that you can get with them. I am using inks by Altenew but you can use any pigments inks that you have, including Distress Oxides.
Pigment Inks are slightly opaque and dry slower compared to dye inks so you can have fun experimenting with them! Plus you will get lots of bonus ghost prints.
I love anything woodgrain or that will give me delicious texture so when I saw these, I knew I had to get them! You can definitely try these tools with acrylic paint as well.
