Ever wondered how you can create themed gel prints using your own one-of-a-kind designs?Â
One super-easy way is to create your own hand-cut paper stencils. That way, the design can be anything you want!

Watch me create my entry for the recent Gelli Arts® Summer Camp Gel Printing Challenge prompt ‘Swimming’:
I’m using regular copy paper for my DIY stencils in the video because I know I will only need them once.

If you want to make sure that your stencils won’t tear in the printing process, you can use stencil material instead of paper.

Once your complete design is printed, you can enhance the print with coloured pencils, markers or pastels.

What theme or design are you inspired to gel print? Please share your unique monoprints with us on Instagram using the hashtag #gelliartsmade. We would love to see them!
Happy gel printing!
Marsha.

Awesome make Marsha,
Great video, I loved watching how the image of the two girls came on the paper, layer after layer.
Thank you so much for sharing, stay safe and have a wonderful day.
That was so inspiring! Thank you for making a video of your process Marsha.
